In addition, the new freehub technology from DT Swiss is also used on the hub with 157 mm axle width. The Ratchet EXP freehub uses the advantages of a ratchet with 36 teeth. These offer optimum power transmission, preventing undesirable idling. In addition, bearings integrated into the threaded rings increase the distance between the bearings. As a result, the axis moves less, which leads to a lower load on the bearings. Therefore, the already stable Boost hub is even more durable. Due to the no-tool concept, you can service the 240 Classic without tools and change the freehub body.
