"I wear a 32 inch waist pant and Medium sized cycling liner. As such I ordered these shorts in a Medium but they were too tight on me. Additionally, the hip pad did not line up well enough with my hip bone. I have returned them. If those two issues didn’t exist I would have kept them. They seemed well made"
